Product Details

Circo Hook Hitches allow you to pull a large section of tarp at one point. Use a Snap Clamp to attach a tarp or plastic to 1 inch PVC or 1-3/8 inch EMT toprail pipe, then fasten the Hook Hitch to the pipe to pull the entire section at one time. These are good for tying down a load or securely covering a large area. These are also great for pulling oversize tarps or ground cover materials.
