Fits inside a 1 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe. Designed to be used with 213-M to create a mechanism to snap a piece of pipe to a 3/4 inch fitting for a tight connection, but one that is not permanent. The advantage to this is that the 3/4" fitting will be flush with your 1 inch PVC pipe once the assembly is together. Also, it makes it easy to break down your project for storage and rebuild again without needing glue or screws.
