How to build a PVC Lightsaber


 

This PVC lightsaber could be a perfect gift for any Star Wars fan you know, or a great Christmas present for kids. It is made with sturdy PVC pipe that is sure to be durable and last a long time. This lightsaber is built to withstand epic duels and adventurous play, making it perfect for both kids and adults who love to unleash their inner Jedi. It is simple to make and you can build it with PVC pipe, fittings and a flashlight. All the materials needed are listed below along with some links.

Parts List for the 3/4” PVC design:


1 section of 3/4” Clear PVC pipe cut to 2.5’ long

1 section of 3/4” Black PVC pipe cut to 6” long (Thinwall)

1 section of 3/4” Clear PVC pipe cut to 4” long

1 of the Cross Fitting (Item 132-F Black)

1 of the Flat Cap (Item 162-F Clear)

3 of the Internal Cap (Item 72-F Black)
